How do I import contacts?
Go to Contacts > Import. Upload a CSV file with columns for email, first name, last name, and any other fields. You can also import from Mailchimp directly.
How do I connect my Stripe account for donations?
Go to Settings > Integrations > Stripe and follow the setup wizard to connect your Stripe account. You can use Stripe Connect or enter your API keys directly.
How do I create a petition page?
Go to Pages > Petitions > Create New. Enter a title, description, and customize the form fields. Publish when ready and share the link.
How do I send an email blast?
Go to Email > Blasts > Create New. Select your recipients (lists, tags, or all contacts), compose your email, and schedule or send immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account > Subscription and click "Manage Billing" to access the customer portal. From there you can cancel your subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Contacts > Export to download your contact data as CSV. Donations, events, and other data can also be exported from their respective sections.
