Getting Started
Click "Start Free Trial" on our homepage or pricing page. You'll create an account, choose your plan, and enter a payment method. Your card won't be charged during the 30-day trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Yes, we require a valid credit card to start your trial. This helps us prevent abuse and ensures a seamless transition if you decide to continue after the trial. You won't be charged until your 30-day trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
Every organization gets a subdomain like
yourorg.nhcivicrm.com. This is where your team logs in and where your public pages (donation forms, petitions, events) are hosted. Custom domains are available as an add-on.
Go to Contacts → Import and upload a CSV file. We support imports from Mailchimp, NationBuilder, NGP VAN, and any spreadsheet. Map your columns to our fields, and contacts will be imported with automatic voter file matching.

Go to Account → Manage Billing to access the billing portal. Click "Cancel subscription" and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can export your data at any time before cancellation.
Yes, you can change your plan anytime from Account → Manage Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we can arrange invoicing and ACH payments.
Features
When you add contacts, we automatically match them against the New Hampshire voter file. This gives you their party registration, voting history, and legislative districts (House, Senate, Executive Council). This helps you target communications and understand your supporters.
Yes! Create beautiful donation pages with customizable amounts, recurring giving options, and employer matching fields. Connect your own Stripe account to receive funds directly. We also import donations from ActBlue, WinRed, and Anedot automatically.
Create email blasts with our visual editor or HTML. Segment your audience by tags, lists, location, or voter data. Schedule sends or send immediately. Track opens, clicks, and unsubscribes. Each plan includes a monthly email limit that resets on your billing date.
SMS and Phone Banking are optional add-ons available for an additional fee. SMS lets you send text messages to supporters. Phone Banking provides a web-based dialer for volunteer phone calls with scripts and response tracking. Contact us for add-on pricing.
Yes! Create petition pages to collect signatures, and action alerts to mobilize supporters. Signers are automatically added to your contact database. You can also create testimony submission pages for legislative advocacy.
Data & Security
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We use secure cloud infrastructure with regular backups. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Yes, you own your data. Export contacts, donations, event attendees, petition signatures, and more as CSV files at any time. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.
Only users you invite to your organization can access your data. You control user roles and permissions. Each organization's data is completely isolated from other organizations on the platform.

Yes! All new accounts receive a welcome email with getting started guides. For Professional and Organization plans, we offer a free onboarding call. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding and training sessions.
